Trail Talk - No Perfect People Allowed

Welcome to Journeys Unlimited, where no perfect people are allowed!

One thing I have learned throughout life, is that if you wait for things to be perfect it will probably be too late! Life is too short to be waiting.

Here are some items involved with starting Journey's Unlimited that I know aren't perfect:

• a fully complete website

• my booking pages need to be branded

• having a full schedule of clients

• creating all the Forest Therapy routes

• and finding a location in the KW Area

After, I check off all of those items, there will continue to be more. Instead, I have decided to jump in with both feet and get Journeys Unlimited going.

In fact, this dream started with creating a 'Relatively Crazy Road Trip to the South' for my dear friend Sherri. We had such a blast on that road trip that I thought, I need to create journeys and share them with other people... that could be in the works... but that is a story for another day!

And then, my friend and coach Amy Ballantyne, invited me for a Breakthrough Bootcamp weekend where we travelled on our timelines, removing past hurts and setting in place future goals. I absolutely loved this journey through my unconscious mind. Coming out of that weekend I felt sooooo rejuventated. In fact, I felt so rested, I would compare it to a week long vacation.

And you know what else happened, the projects I had been avoiding for months weren't daunting anymore. The goals I had set into my timeline were being achieved quickly and efficiently and with a new found energy. So quickly that I was ready for new goals!

But what if I had waited for perfect? Where would I be today? I believe that I would still be procrastinating and using excuses like, "I'm too tired" or "I need more energy" or "I will get to that after I get done this."

What do I do differently? I travel my timeline, I goal set, I keep making new goals and ride the momentum. And while riding that momentum, I truly enjoy the journey along the way!

So yes, Journeys Unlimited may not be perfect, and it is a journey, and the future plans for it are limitless.
